Sharnelle and Brian's Maternity Shoot

Right when Sharnelle and Brian were planning to get married, they knew they wanted to get maternity photos so I offered to do it for them.  It was awesome seeing them again, it's a rare occasion that we're able to see our clients after their wedding and do more photography for them.

Elena and Renat's Honey Moon!

The most favorite part of my job would have to be building relationships with the people we work with.   Elena and Renat is the prime example of the connection we build with our couples.  While I shot with them, I also played tour guide making pit stops all over Waimanalo leading up to Waikiki.  In between locations we got some coconut milk at a nearby stand.  My most favorite part of the day was when we reached the fountain at Waikiki, they just jumped in.  Not knowing how to react, I just started shooting.  It was a fun time for us all.

Amy and Gary: Post Wedding Session!

We wanted to wrap up this series of Amy and Gary with their post wedding session! The couple wanted some urban flavor for their photos, so we took them around downtown, and then ended the session at the beach. It's pretty cool what you can find in your own city when you just take the time to walk around :)

Amy and Gary, thank you for trusting us with your big day! The six days definitely flew by, and we hope our photos and video were able to capture all the good times you both had in Hawaii!

Cassiee and Eldon's post wedding shoot!

It's not too often that we get to shoot a wedding at a spectacular venue like Kahua Ranch on the Big Island. It's even rarer to have the chance to revisiting the venue with the couple to do more wedding photos. Well, Cassiee and Eldon presented me with this opportunity, as they had a few ideas and props that they never were able to use at the wedding, and all I gotta say is I'm glad they did :)

Christina and Dwight's Post Wedding Shoot

Christina and Dwight came down to hawaii for a vacation and wanted to have a beach shoot.  They were very animated and wonderful to work with.  We shot at Paradise Cove where we were lucky that the tide was extremely low and allowed us to see some of of the marine life that lives along the shoreline not to mention an epic sunset which allowed for more amazing shots.  My personal favorite is the heroic pose I had them do towards the end of the shoot inspired from their professions which allow them to help and protect others.

Karen and Armando Wedding & After

Karen and Armando had an intimate wedding with their closest family and friends in Waimanalo; our day began at the Hobbit House, it was the most interesting venue on Oahu that I got to shoot yet.  It definitely made the photography more personal for Karen and Armando.  After the ceremony on the beach, we went off to Pearl Country Club for their reception.  Within a couple of days we all continued our time together because Karen wanted to do some urban shots in Waikiki.
